Shipping/Processing Information

We strive to get all items out as soon as possible, but please be advised that is can take 10-14 days from time of payment to shipment.  This is due to the nature of the products.  During most of the year the time is faster, but during peak seasons it can take the full time. 

There is a $5.00 handling fee on all orders.  This helps cover packing materials.

Some items have an additional charge on them to help defray shipping costs, due to the size and weight of item

Shipping is based on weight.  We are able to ship via USPS and UPS. 

If shipping is considerably less you will be refunded in the form of a store credit. 

FAQ

Q:  Are these items really handmade/custom made?

A:  Yes all items are either handmade or custom made when you order them. Some items are made in quantity but they are handmade.
